I think what you’re doing is really brave!’

Since she was a young girl, Missy has always had a compulsion to perform. A Minnesota native, she left for Los Angeles to study theatre at Loyola Marymount University. After college, she spent most of her time (when she wasn’t waitressing) studying comedy, improv, and making music. When she relocated in 2019 to Brooklyn, NY, she accomplished a life long goal of hers; making an album. She loves to experiment with different genres and is influenced by Amy Winehouse, Adele, Kacey Musgraves, Lorde, and Phoebe Bridgers just to name a few. Comedy music is also a huge part of her life. Some have compared her to a new age Phoebe Buffay. You can find Missy doing voiceover work and co-hosting the podcast, Not Safe 4 Ur Boyfriend.
